1 Definitions and Interpretation

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the rk555 website accessible at https://rk555.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and payment services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rk555 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on rk555, through which all gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Real Money Wager" refers to any bet or game stake placed using funds held in a Player's rk555 Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole account currency supported on rk555.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all time-based rules, deadlines, and promotional periods on rk555.
• "Game Provider" refers to any third-party software studio whose certified games are made available on the rk555 Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the rk555 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rk555 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering or placing any wager on the Platform. rk555 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.

• You must not have been previously banned or permanently excluded from the rk555 Platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on rk555. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact [email protected] immediately.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. rk555 may require you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rk555 Account login credentials, including your username and password. rk555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for all accounts. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual, including family members, to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally, unless and until you have notified rk555 of a security breach via [email protected].
• You must notify rk555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious transaction in your Account history.

rk555 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Supported Payment Methods

rk555 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the Player's issuing bank)

The following financial terms and limits apply to all transactions on rk555:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Platform transaction fees: Zero. rk555 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals. Standard fees levied by your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply independently.
• Withdrawal processing time: Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of confirmation. In exceptional circumstances involving identity verification or fraud screening, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Currency: All accounts are maintained in BDT. There is no currency conversion, and rk555 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

rk555 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification if rk555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. rk555 will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected Player within 48 hours of the hold being applied.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

rk555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which are supplemented by the specific terms of each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds or free spins and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all bonus funds is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Only wagers placed using eligible game types — as specified in the relevant promotion terms — will count toward satisfying wagering requirements. Wagers on excluded game categories will not contribute.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through hedging, collusion, arbitrage, or multi-accounting, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Players must opt in to each promotional offer where opt-in is required. Failure to opt in before completing qualifying activity will render that activity ineligible for the promotion.
• All promotional offers are available to Players aged 21 and above only. rk555 reserves the right to verify age before crediting any bonus.

6 Gaming Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on rk555 are governed by the rules published by the respective Game Provider or sportsbook operator alongside each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing real money wagers. The following general conduct rules apply to all gaming activity on rk555:

• rk555 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, betting market, or live event. Game availability may vary due to maintenance, provider outages, or regulatory requirements.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session or live bet, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant Game Provider's malfunction policy. rk555 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with the Game Provider's certified rules.

• All sports betting odds and cricket betting lines are subject to change without notice prior to event commencement. In-play (live) odds are updated in real time and may differ from pre-match odds.

• Registering more than one Account, sharing an Account with another person, or using an Account registered in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players in any multi-player game environment, including live casino tables, to gain an unfair advantage.

rk555 reserves the right to conduct risk-based monitoring of all Account activity and to suspend any Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected. Players whose Accounts are suspended pending investigation will be notified and given the opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rk555 Platform, including but not limited to the rk555 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, game graphics, text, icons, and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of rk555 or its licensed Game Providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any rk555 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any rk555 content without obtaining prior written consent from rk555. Unauthorised use of rk555 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk555 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gambling activity, including losses sustained through game play, sports betting, or any promotional wagering.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages, internet service failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials as required by Clause 3 of these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if rk555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rk555's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

rk555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By creating an Account on rk555, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rk555 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with Game Providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12 Account Closure and Termination

• Forfeit any Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed upon next login, or via the email address registered to the Player's Account, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required for security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the rk555 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.

14 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
